The service
GiftDesk provides campaign desks, people lists, fulfilment sync from Shopify, alerts, messages, and recipient gift pages. Gift teams do not create Shopify orders through GiftDesk; merchants create and tag orders on their store.
Accounts
- Merchants — install via Shopify; billing for campaign capacity follows the App Store plan (trial → Starter / Pro / Plus)
- Gift teams — Google SSO workspaces; seats billed separately (two free, then per-seat)
- Recipients — no account required for confirmation
Acceptable use
Use GiftDesk only for legitimate gift-campaign operations. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process, probe other workspaces, or abuse outbound messaging. Merchants remain responsible for fulfilment accuracy in Shopify.

Liability & governing law
Limitation of liability, indemnities, and governing law will be set in the counsel-approved terms. Until then, use is at your own risk to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after counsel-approved terms are published constitutes acceptance of those terms.
