Is this a separate product for IR?+
No. Same gift lists, seats, and owners as every team. IR is just a team where every name matters and the vendor changes most years.
Who pays?+
If IR runs on the company’s Shopify store, the store pays campaign capacity. Team seats are separate ($9/seat after two free). Recipients never pay. Forward /for-stores if another vendor ships the gifts.
Does GiftDesk create Shopify orders?+
No. Send a CSV or share your list; the shop creates the orders. You keep one LP list, and GiftDesk never writes into Shopify.
What about investor home addresses and compliance?+
GiftDesk stores the list and shipping data needed to track the batch. See /security and /privacy for access, retention, and our compliance roadmap. We do not replace your gift-limit or disclosure policy.
Do you handle customs or cross-border duties?+
No. GiftDesk follows the shipping and carrier tracking on the shop’s Shopify orders. Customs, duties, and multi-currency stay with the shop and their carriers.
Can each LP have an owner?+
Yes. You give people to teammates in your workspace; each teammate needs a seat. Alerts and messages with the shop need the shop on Pro (or its trial).
