For Shopify stores

Send one link, not a spreadsheet of tracking numbers.

Each gift client gets one live page. They see which gifts were delivered and which are stuck, without emailing you. You only touch the stuck ones.

How it works for shops

48 gift orders. One link. Only 3 need you.

Tag the orders, send your client one link, and only deal with the gifts the carrier says are stuck. You ship; the gift team follows up.

Where the handoff breaks

Every “where is it?” email lands on you

One client’s 60 gift orders turn into 60 tracking replies. They don’t want your inbox. They want one page they can check.

  • Clients emailing “where is it?” every week
  • Checking tracking numbers one by one, then pasting them into a sheet
  • Shopify assumes the buyer and the recipient are the same person

How it works for stores

  1. Get the client’s list, create the orders

The gift team sends a Shopify-ready CSV or shares their list. You create the orders on your store, like always. GiftDesk never creates orders.

  2. Tag the orders, send one link

Use your own Shopify tags to group a client’s gifts. Then send the client team one link.

  3. Only touch what’s stuck

Your client checks the page and follows up with their own people. You deal with the few the carrier says are stuck.

The shop that shows its work keeps the holiday order.

Corporate clients leave vendors who go quiet. Give them a page that keeps itself up to date.

FAQ for stores

No. Orders are always created on your store. The gift team sends you one clean list (a CSV or a shared list); you import it, create the orders, and tag them. No more retyping from a messy spreadsheet. GiftDesk never creates orders for you.

You tag them with your own Shopify tags. Only you decide which orders are on it.

They see every gift, give people to teammates (Pro), and write to their own recipients. Setup and orders stay with you.

Because the “where is it?” emails land in your inbox. With one page per client, they check it instead of asking you. The gift team only pays for extra seats; alerts and messages come with your Pro plan.

Some will. A tracking page sent to recipients never reaches the person asking you. A page for the client team does. On Pro, problems come to you as one thread per gift, not five emails.

No. We can’t move a package. When the carrier says one is stuck, we make sure the right person hears.

No. The carrier account stays yours. We show you which gifts are stuck.

Physical gifts are what you sell. GiftDesk makes a box of 60 as easy for your client to keep track of as a gift card send.

Your store logo sits on the page you share with the client. The gifter brands the recipient gift page and emails.

Stop being the status desk for your gift clients.
