Corporate gifting
Close the batch. Keep policy intact.
Managers own their rows. Ops keeps one people list. The shop fulfils. Know every client and employee send arrived — without a screenshot chain or waiting on recipients to reply.

Corporate batch
Forty-eight relationships, one operational view.
Filter the recipient batch, see who owns each follow-up, and surface only the sends that need attention.Every recipient, one desk
Where the handoff breaks
Corporate batches break one-order tools
- Gift-limit and disclosure rules meet messy address sheets — and ops re-keys the same list into Shopify
- Managers cannot see their own rows without pinging ops (~20 hours of chase per large batch)
- Failed deliveries surface only when a client or employee complains
How corporate gift teams use GiftDesk
Add people with ownership
Recipient cards stay workspace-owned — with the manager who owns each relationship — before any order exists.
Hand a clean list to the shop
Export Shopify-ready CSV or share a handoff. The merchant creates orders and tags the campaign. GiftDesk never writes Admin orders.
Confirm and resolve
Confirmation syncs from fulfilment. Address exceptions alert the assigned manager to fix — often by contacting that person — before they chase the shop.
FAQ
Yes — as separate campaigns or one tagged batch, depending on how the shop organises orders. Your people list stays yours either way. The corporate stake is manager ownership and batch close under policy.
No. We confirm delivery and ownership. Keep your policy stack; use GiftDesk so confirmation does not depend on chasing tracking links.
Home addresses and contact fields are stored to run the batch. See /security and /privacy. Deletion and retention controls are documented there.
GiftDesk follows Shopify fulfilment status from your shop. Customs and duties stay with the merchant and carriers — we do not run a customs engine.
Team Free includes two seats. Add seats at $9 each per month. The store pays for campaign capacity separately.
Yes. Scoped alerts, full tickets, and Slack outbound need the store on Pro (or trial). Assign needs a seat.
