Only the store. Gift teams cannot write orders into a campaign. They receive a scoped share link after the merchant creates and tags orders.
Is this an AfterShip page?+
No. AfterShip tracks retail customers. The campaign desk is for gift clients and their recipients — many people, many packages, one board.
What needs Pro?+
Desk password, full privacy control, assign-driven alerts, and in-app tickets need Pro (or the 14-day trial). Starter still creates, shares, and tracks the batch; exceptions escalate by mailto.
