Who decides which orders are on the page?+

Only the shop. Gift teams can’t add orders. They get a link to their page once the shop creates and tags the orders.

Is this an AfterShip page?+

No. AfterShip tells your shoppers where their order is. This page tells the gift team where every gift is: lots of people, lots of packages, one list.

What needs Pro?+

The page password, full privacy control, alerts to the teammate who owns each person, and messages with the shop need Pro (or the 14-day trial). On Starter you still share the page and see every gift; stuck gifts get sorted by email.
