Integrations
GiftDesk confirms gift batches from Shopify fulfilment. Gift teams keep people lists and can import from CRM; merchants keep order creation.
Required
- Shopify — orders, tags, fulfilments, and tracking. Campaign membership is store-defined tags. Install
Gift team imports
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo — connect in portal Settings to import people into your workspace (not a full CRM replacement)
- CSV — upload people and export a Shopify-ready customer CSV for the merchant to import and create orders
Collaboration
- Slack — optional outbound / ticket threads on Pro+ when a campaign channel is assigned
- Email alerts — scoped delivery and exception alerts for assignees (Pro)
Plus API
Plus includes a shop-scoped read API for campaign shipments and status. Auth, rate limits, and resources: API documentation.
International & carriers
Status follows whatever carriers the merchant uses in Shopify. GiftDesk does not calculate customs, duties, or multi-currency — those stay with the shop and their fulfilment partners.
