How to share a campaign desk
Share one live desk link with a gift client team so they can confirm deliveries without chasing tracking screenshots.
Why share a desk
Gift client teams need a board scoped to their recipients — not another carrier link in email. GiftDesk turns a tagged Shopify campaign into one shared desk the gifter opens with Google.
Before you share
- Install GiftDesk on your Shopify store.
- Create a campaign and tag the gift orders with your store-defined tag.
- Confirm fulfilments are syncing (table + KPI strip on the desk home).
Campaign membership always stays merchant-defined. Gift teams cannot write people onto a live drop.
Share the link
From the campaign desk, copy the desk invite link and send it to the client lead. They sign in with Google, claim a seat (Team Free includes two), and open the board for that campaign only.
On Pro, they can assign rows to teammates and receive scoped alerts. On Starter, the desk is viewable and exceptions escalate by mailto.
What the client sees
- Live fulfilment status for their recipients
- Exceptions without a screenshot chain
- A path to the gifter-branded gift page for each recipient (carrier stays secondary)
They do not see unrelated campaigns or edit your tags.
