Own your roster before orders exist

Keep recipient cards on GiftDesk, hand the list to the shop when ready, and confirm the batch from a shared desk.

The problem with sheet-first gifts

Recipient lists live in someone’s inbox until the shop asks again. Status arrives as screenshots. Nobody owns confirmation until a recipient complains.

GiftDesk separates your people from the shop’s campaign.

Step 1 — Own the roster

Sign in with Google on giftdesk.app. Add recipient cards (or import CSV) before any order exists. Export anytime — the list stays workspace-owned.

This is not a campaign. Handoff is not campaign membership.

Step 2 — Hand off to the shop

When you are ready, send the list to the merchant. They create Shopify orders and tag them into a GiftDesk campaign. You never write into their store.

Prefer “shop / vendor / store” language with partners — the fulfilment relationship is theirs.

Step 3 — Confirm the batch

Open the shared desk when gifts ship. Use the table and KPI strip. Assign each recipient to the teammate who owns the relationship (seat required). Scoped alerts and full tickets need the store on Pro (or trial).

Recipients do not need an account. If they check status, they open your branded gift page — carrier tracking stays secondary.

What you pay

Team Free includes two seats. Add seats at $9 each per month. The store pays for campaign capacity separately. Recipients never pay.

Own your people. Confirm the batch.
